The business simplifies medicine procurement through accessible ordering channels, competitive pricing and efficient delivery operations. Orders are handled through WhatsApp, with a structured confirmation step before dispatch.
Order processing and delivery targets apply to supported orders, supported delivery areas and normal operating conditions. They are service targets, not unconditional guarantees.
